These terms are between you (the customer) and Solène. By placing an order on solene.shop, you agree to them.

The product

The Sleep Curler and The Silk Scrunchie Set are hair accessories. They're not medical devices, they don't treat any condition, and we make no claims about hair growth or scalp health. They help you style hair without heat — that's it.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we ship. We charge your payment method at the time of order. If your payment fails, we'll email you. If we're sold out, we'll refund and email you within 24 hours.

Shipping risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. If something goes wrong in transit, write to us at hello@solene.shop — see our Shipping page for how we handle it.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — photos, copy, brand name, logo — belongs to us. You can share our content on social media. You can't reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Solène's liability for any product issue is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be handled in Wyoming or, at our discretion, in your local jurisdiction if you're an EU/UK consumer protected by mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The version on this page is the current one. If we make a major change, we'll email customers who have opted in.
