What we collect

— Your email and shipping address (to ship your order and email a tracking number).

— Your payment information (handled entirely by Shopify Payments / PayPal — we never see your card details).

— Optional: your name and birthday if you opt into our newsletter.

— Anonymous browsing data (Shopify analytics, Google Analytics) to know which pages people read.

What we do with it

— Ship your order.

— Send you the order confirmation, shipping update, and (if you opted in) the monthly soft-mornings letter.

— Improve our website using anonymized aggregate data.

What we don't do

— We don't sell your email or data to anyone.

— We don't send promotional emails you didn't sign up for.

— We don't use your data for ads outside our own retargeting (and you can opt out of that in the cookie banner).

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing emails at any time. Email hello@solene.shop and we'll handle it within 30 days.

We use a few. Functional cookies (cart, login) are essential. Analytics and marketing cookies you can accept or reject in the banner at the bottom of the page when you first visit.
