Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union. We're adding new countries every quarter.

How fast

US — 5 to 8 business days from our US warehouse.

Canada — 7 to 12 business days.

United Kingdom and Europe — 7 to 14 business days.

Australia — 10 to 18 business days.

How much

Free shipping on orders over $50 (or your local equivalent).

Below that: $5 in the US, $8 in Canada, $12 to UK/EU/AU.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you don't, check your spam folder, then write to us at hello@solene.shop and we'll resend it.

Customs and duties

We pay duties for orders shipping within the US, EU, and UK. Customers in Canada and Australia may be charged a small import fee on delivery — typically under $5 — depending on the carrier and value.

Lost or damaged packages

If something goes wrong, write to us. We'll either re-ship or refund, whichever you'd prefer. We don't ask you to chase carriers — that's our job.
