30 days, no questions

You have 30 days from the day your package lands to return anything you don't love.

Conditions

— Items must be unused, in the original packaging.

— Hygiene products (the silk scrunchies and bonnet, once unwrapped from their sealed sleeve) are not returnable for hygiene reasons. The Sleep Curler is.

— You don't need to provide a reason. We do appreciate a sentence about what didn't work, so we can improve.

How to return

Write to hello@solene.shop with your order number. We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund is processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method. International refunds may take up to 10 days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Want a different variant or product? Just say so in your email. We'll either exchange or refund-and-reorder, whichever is faster for the item you want.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong thing, photograph it and email us. We'll replace at our cost. Don't return it — we'd rather you keep it or pass it along to someone who can use it.
